Just steps to the ocean, Beach, Love and Happiness has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Every bedroom has an attached private bath, deck access, and gulf views!

There are 2 decks on the front of the beach house for dolphin watching and sunrises, one of the decks is also screened. We have another deck on the back where you can watch the amazing SGI sunsets. You’ll also love the private pool with poolside lanai, which has an adjoining picnic table and grill!

The living room is very comfy and has plenty of seating for all.  We have a full size sleeper sofa,  a love seat with chaise, two rocking recliners, and two arm chairs. Yes, there is a ceiling fan above!
Smart Tech & Internet
Enjoy movie night on the 65″ inch smart tv! Need to get a little work done? We’ve upgraded to 5G wifi for maximum internet speed on St. George Island! You’ll also find some family games in the cabinet.

Dining Room

Our dining area seats 12 people. 8 at the dining table, and 4 on barstools at the counter. We also provide a highchair for our littlest guests.

The dining area has windows overlooking the gulf. Enjoy your meals at the table or bar, or head out to the deck where you’ll find another table and chairs.
Well Equipped Kitchen
We love to cook, so we went the extra mile to be sure you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including an instant pot, burr grinder and kuerig.

Walk out onto the deck without going through the main living area. You can also take the spiral staircase down a level to the screened deck and then out for a walk on the beach.
