Stately St George Island Beach House
The open concept living area features high ceilings and large windows that offer breathtaking Gulf views from every room. The living room is perfect for relaxing with loved ones, complete with a brand new 65″ Smart TV for movie nights. There’s even a convenient half bath on this level.
Retreat to one of the four private bedrooms, all equipped with private attached baths, wall-mounted televisions, ceiling fans, and doors to deck access. All of the bedrooms also face the ocean, providing stunning Gulf Coast views that will take your breath away.
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the upper-level covered deck, furnished with beautiful new deck furniture. You can also unwind with a cocktail and watch the sunset on the lower-level screened deck overlooking the beach. The decks are connected by a spiral staircase on the outside, or a regular staircase from inside.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an instant pot, crockpot, and Keurig for morning coffee. If you’d rather dine out, we’re conveniently located close to town, shopping, and local restaurants.
Gulf Coast Breezes
Take a dip in the private pool oasis. The poolside covered lanai has two additional chaise lounges for even more relaxation and shade. Spend your afternoons floating in the pool or lounging on the provided chairs. You can even have lunch or drinks poolside at the table under the umbrella.
Access to the beach is a breeze with a boardwalk just steps away from the house. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and beach towels during your stay, so you can save money on rentals and have more room in your car! You’ll find these items and more in our toy shed, so be sure to check it out!
Panhandle Vacation
Bring your furry friend with you to Beach, Love & Happiness, as we’re pet-friendly and have a brand new fenced doggy playground (Sun Run) with over 200sf to romp! We also have two loaner crates and doggie bowls in the house to ensure your four-legged friend feels at home. Please note that there is a 40lb weight limit, and advanced approval is required.
Parking is plentiful with two covered spots and another three in the oversized driveway.
